Grilled halloumi burger with asparagus and cherry tomatoes
A slice of halloumi actaully takes quite a long time to get crispy on the grill, about 8minutes on one side and 6minutes on the other. But whilst it’s cooking you can toast the bun, grill the aspargus and slice the tomatoes. This would be INCREDIBLE with a fresh minty lemon sauce… but as usual I had no mint! I put it in my mojitos and forget about important things like halloumi burgers, whoops.
