I saw some beautiful looking pink rhubarb at the market today and so I thought to myself, I could definitely cook rhubarb on the George. So I did! And it was stupidly quick, taking 6minutes with a splash of water then sugar and vanilla to taste at the end.

So rhubarb yoghurt two ways:

#1 all mixed in with some strawberries

#2 layered seperately
