This salad has come into being through pure haphazard chance, just containing all the little things in my fridge: Rocket leaves, grated carrot with a squeeze of clementine juice, grilled peppers, paprika grilled sweet potato and humous. Anyway, it’s a gurt salad for a work day. Grill love <3
