I am definitely guilty of not eating enough protein recently but my shop today yielded both reduced chicken breasts and some of those tins of Indian chickpeas which are only 25p a tin and usually sell out - BOOYAH. 

Lemon and tarragon grilled chicken (10 minutes on the grill), mushrooms (also 10minutes), purple sprouting broccoli (5minutes) and some precooked mushroom rice (also reheated with a splash of water for 5minutes)
