Yes this is THE SAME LUNCH two days in a row, but honestly, I love panini. Sweet tomatoes, oozy light mozzarella and crispy bread - and that’s it, made into a sandwich with some pepper and grilled for about 10minutes. So ready in less time than it takes to queue at the nearest sandwich bar?
