I’ve been eating lots of Asian food recently… CAUSE I JUST LOVE IT! Also this particular green vegetable stir-fry is really good.
Start by slicing a courgette into strips then place these on the hot grill along with pureed fresh ginger and a chopepd bird’s eye chilli - seeds and all - if you like it spicy! Slice a handful of mushrooms and then add them to the courgettes. When those those four are nearly cooked through, add 2 cups of shredded fresh spinach and some left over green beans (if not leftover, add at the same stage as the courgettes). Wait for everything to be searing hot and then remove and pop on a plate. Seperate out a pack of ready cooked noodles onto grill and let them heat through for 3minutes. Then layer everything up on a plate and eat! Add soy sauce if you like.
