I am so excited about having made this that writing a comprehensible post may be a challenge. I have tried A LOT to cook eggs on the George but each time I am foxed by watery whites which spread too fast across and then cook far too quickly. This post is an announcement of the end of bad eggs.
I give you: A wholemeal pitta bread grilled with a cracked egg inside (for about 9minutes, or until the white is firm) and served with tomato, avocado, red onion salsa.
